2019 SEASON (JUNIOR): Moved to the offensive line during 2019 spring practice...Played in 14 of 16 games as a member of the punt team...Earned the Missouri Valley Football Conference President's Council Academic Award...Third straight MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Fourth straight year on the MVFC Honor Roll.

2018 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in 13 of 15 games as a member of the punt, field goal and PAT units...Made two tackles in a backup role on the defensive line, one each against North Alabama and South Dakota...MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award winner...MVFC Honor Roll member.

2017 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Backup defensive tackle...Played in the home wins over Mississippi Valley State and Robert Morris but did not register any tackles...MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award winner...MVFC Honor Roll member.

2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out as a redshirt in the Bison program...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter who played offensive and defensive line under coach Andy DelaBarre, a former NDSU tight end...Three-time all-state and all-region selection...Helped LaMoure to the 2014 Region 1 championship and four 9-man playoff appearances...2015 Region 1 co-Senior Athlete of the Year...Totaled 80 tackles with 16 tackles for loss and eight sacks his senior year...Also blocked two punts...Starting center on the basketball team and first baseman on the baseball team.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in December 2019 with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in business...Will graduate from NDSU's master's of business administration program in the spring of 2021...Son of Mat Alo and Kathy Quinlan-Alo of LaMoure, N.D...Married to Kendra Alo.
