Indoor: Season-best shot put mark of 56-01.25 (17.10m) at the Dakota Quad Classic on Feb. 6 … Season-best weight throw mark of 52-09.25 (16.08m) at the Dakota Dual on Dec. 4.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best discus throw of 162-7 (49.56m) at the Ron Masanz Classic … Hammer throw PR of 170-11 (52.10m) at the NDSU Spring Classic.

2019-20 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt, throwing 52-01.25 (15.88m) in the shot put and 49-10.50 (15.20m) in the weight throw.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Threw 59-11 in the shot put at the North Central Region meet as a senior in 2019 – the top mark in the state in all classes … Won back-to-back Class B state championships in the shot put and finished third in the discus as a senior.
