Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Ran the 200, 400 and the 800... Hit a indoor personal best of 2:23.90 in the 800 at the Panther Classic... Had a first-place finish at the Cobber Duals in the 400 after clocking in at 1:02.20... Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Focused on the 400-meter hurdles, running a personal best 1:07.77 in an 11th-place finish at the Division I independent championships... Also ran on 1,600 and 3,200-meter relay teams.
2003-2004 Season
Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Placed eighth in the Bison Open pentathlon with a score of 2,564... Helped NDSU to a North Central Conference Championship with a sixth place performance in the 500-meter dash (1:18.99)... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Captured the 400-meter hurdle title at the NDSU Open after running a 1:10.33... Entered in the rare triple of the 100-hurdles, 800-meter run and the javelin at the Cobber Open... Tossed the javelin 96-7 at the NCC meet.

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Competed in the 200 and 400-meters in 2003 for the Bison during the indoor season, with personal season bests of 27.99 and 1:01.99... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Cobber Open with a time of 1:00.83...
