2005 Season (Junior): Made 11 appearances including one start in the season finale at Western Illinois... Came off the bench to score the golden goal versus Drake (9/9) in the third minute of overtime... Named Division I Independent Offensive Player of the Week for her efforts.
2004 Season (Sophomore): Appeared in 16 matches, starting seven... Key member of a stingy Bison defense... Took one shot from the defender position.
2003 Season (Freshman): Started 13 of 16 games for NDSU as a defender... Scored a goal and notched three assists for five points... Put four of her 15 shots on net.
High School: A 2003 graduate of Lakeville (Minn.) High School where she was an all-conference performer and defensive MVP as a senior... Led the team to a section championship and a fourth-place finish at state as a senior... In her junior year, was an honorable mention on the all-conference and all-metro teams... Also played for the Burnsville Fire Club team... Competitive gymnast in high school... Was a member of the ?A’ honor roll.
Personal: Daughter of Jim and Loretta Ellsworth... Has three brothers, Chris, Brian and Andrew... Majoring in biotechnology... Plans to continue her education in graduate school or pharmacy school following graduation.
