2017-18 SEASON (Freshman): Wrestled at 141 and 149 pounds ... Put together 12-6 record including 1-3 in duals (0-2 Big 12) with one pin, two tech falls and three major decisions ... Went 5-0 with a pin and major decision to win the Roadrunner Open (11-18-18) ... Finished third at the North Country Open (1-26-19) with a 5-1 record including two tech falls and two major decisions.

2017-18 SEASON (Redshirt): Wrestled unattached in five open tournaments at 149 pounds and recorded a pair of top four finishes … Compiled a 12-9 record including three tech falls and three major decisions … Placed third at the North Country Open (1-27-18) and posted a 4-1 record including a tech fall and major decision … Finished fourth in the Red Division at the Dragon Open (12-2-17) with a 3-2 record including a major decision and overtime win.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time Illinois Class 2A state place-winner including 2017 state championship at 145 pounds for Richmond-Burton High School and head coach Tony Nelson … State runner-up at 138 in 2016 and third place finish at 126 pounds in 2015 … Participated in Team Illinois vs. Team USA All-Star Dual … Completed prep career with 154-16 record including 46-3 as a senior … Four-time all-conference first-team performer … Compiled a 4.11 G.P.A. … President of National Honor Society … Senior Leadership Award … Member of Illinois Premier Boys State.
