Border States congratulates Payton Otterdahl, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Otterdahl, a senior on the men's track and field team from Rosemount, Minn., has a 3.263 GPA in education. He clinched NDSU's 10th straight Summit League outdoor championship with a victory in the discus throw. Otterdahl was named the Field MVP of the meet with 23 points scored in the throwing events including a second straight title in the shot put.
