Border States congratulates James Fisher, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Fisher, a 6-2 senior long snapper from Bloomington, Minn., helped the North Dakota State football team earn a 20-7 win over Illinois State Nov. 18 in Normal, Ill. The victory helped the Bison secure the outright Missouri Valley Football Conference title and the number two seed in the FCS Playoffs. Fisher has a 3.667 GPA in the Masters of Business Administration graduate program.
