Border States congratulates Tyrah Spencer, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Spencer, a 5-9 sophomore from Oakdale, Minn., is averaging 3.8 points, 1.4 assists, and 0.4 steals per game through eight games this season. After a stellar performance on and off the court in her freshman season, Spencer was voted a team captain for the Bison for the 2017-18 campaign. She has a 3.382 GPA in nursing.
