Box Score GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Jerry Johnson scored 29 points and had seven assists to lead Rider to a 93-72 win over North Dakota State in the consolation game of the Oneida Bingo & Casino Classic Thursday night.
Johnson was 9-of-16 from the floor and 5-of-10 from 3-point range as Rider shot 59 percent, including 64 percent in the second half.
Rider (5-5) built a double-digit lead within the game's first 9 minutes and North Dakota State (4-8) never got closer than 10 points the rest of the way.
Robert Taylor added 17 points for Rider, including 15 in the first half, while Steve Castleberry had 15 points and Jason Thompson had 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Myron Green scored 18 points to lead four North Dakota State. The Bison shot just 3-of-19 on 3-pointers.
Adam Dobmeier finished with 12 points, David Erbes chipped in 11 points, and Andrew Brown came off the bench to score 12 points for the Herd.
