FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota State soccer team scored four first half goals en route to a 4-0 win over South Dakota on Sunday, Sept. 26 at the Ellig Sports Complex. With the win, the Bison improve to 5-2-3, while South Dakota falls to 3-5-1.

Junior Michelle Gaffaney added a goal of her own in the 21st minute, slotting the ball past the goalie after a corner kick bounced off a South Dakota defender. The Bison outshot the Coyotes, 16-1, in the first half.
NDSU continued to pressure the South Dakota defense in the second half, notching six shots and forcing four saves from Coyote goalie Jen Ogren. Ogren had 12 saves in the game.
