The North Dakota State women's and men's track & field teams will compete at a pair of meets this weekend, splitting athletes between the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa, and the SDSU Indoor Classic in Brookings, S.D.
The Iowa State Classic spans over Friday, Feb. 12, and Saturday, Feb. 13, while the SDSU Indoor Classic is only Saturday.
Action starts with the field events at 1 p.m. Friday at Iowa State, with Saturday's events getting underway at noon. The SDSU Indoor Classic begins at 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Bison men held steady in the USTFCCCA national team rankings this week, coming in at No. 19 after being No. 18 last week. Florida and Oklahoma jumped NDSU to move into the Top 20, but the Bison passed TCU as well to only fall one spot.
NDSU's men are ranked No. 3 in the Midwest Region in the USTFCCCA regional team rankings, behind only Iowa and Oklahoma in the nine-state region. The Bison women are currently ranked ninth in the Midwest.
