GRAND FORKS, N.D. – North Dakota State senior
Trevor Otterdahl won both throwing events and registered a lifetime-best throw in the shot put to headline the performances of the Bison men's track & field team at the UND Tune-Up on Saturday.

Otterdahl threw a career-best 62-09.25 (19.13m) to win the shot put. He ranks sixth in NDSU indoor history, and moved into the top 30 in the country this season. Otterdahl posted a toss of 71-10 (21.89m) to win the weight throw, remaining No. 9 on the NCAA list this season in that event.

Noah Shafer cleared a career-best 16-02.50 (4.94m) to take the pole vault title. He sits just outside the NDSU all-time Top 10 for the indoor vault.

Robert Douglas won the 60m hurdles in 8.43, and
Jared Eggermont was second in 8.49.

Henry Collins (Fargo Shanley HS) took first in the 200m dash in 22.45.

Symon Keiser trimmed three seconds off his personal-best in the mile Saturday, running 4:11.57.
Adrian Harris ran 48.50 for second place in the 400m dash.

Kristoffer Thomsen took second in the shot put with a mark of 62-01.75 (18.94m).

Jens Christensen posted a season-best in the pole vault, clearing 15-08.50 (4.79m) for second place. Unattached Bison freshman
Kaden Pastian was the runner-up in the weight throw at 59-08.50 (18.20m).

Payton Smith took second in the 3000m with a time of 8:33.63.

This was the final tune-up for the Bison before the Summit League Indoor Championships, which will be held on Friday, Feb. 25, and Saturday, Feb. 26, in Grand Forks.
