2021-22 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 7th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay team … 4x400m relay clocked 3:12.43 to rank 5th-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Remained the school record holder in the 300m dash and ranked 5th all-time at NDSU for the indoor 400m … Season-best 48.35 in the 400m dash.
Outdoor (Sophomore): NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier and honorable mention All-American in the 4x400m relay, placing 18th at the national meet … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay that broke the outdoor school record at three consecutive meets in May and June – 3:07.18 to win the conference title, 3:05.57 at the NCAA West Prelims, and 3:05.24 at the NCAA Championships … Personal-best 46.57 in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships, taking 4th place in the meet and dipping below the previous NDSU record … In addition to the school record in the 4x400m relay, Harris ended the season ranked 2nd in NDSU history for the outdoor 400m.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Ran on NDSU’s Summit League champion 4x400m relay that clocked 3:11.04 at the conference meet … Also placed 4th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m time of 47.76 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20 … Ended the season as the school record holder in the 300m (34.16) and ranked 5th in NDSU indoor history for the 400m (47.71) … The 3:11.04 for the indoor 4x400m relay ranks 2nd-fastest in school history.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League runner-up in the 400m dash, running a personal-best 46.80 in the conference final … Also placed 6th in the 200m dash at the Summit League Championships, running a personal-best 21.41 in the final … Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m dash and 4x400m relay … The Bison men clocked 3:09.24 in the 4x400 at Arkansas on May 7 to rank 2nd-fastest in school history … Ended the season ranked 3rd all-time at NDSU in the 400m and tied for 10th in the outdoor 200m.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Set the NDSU school record and facility record in the 300m dash as a true freshman, winning in 34.16 at the Bison Open on Feb. 7 … Indoor personal-best of 47.71 in the 400m at Vanderbilt’s Music City Challenge, ranking 3rd-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Also posted a 200m season-best of 22.07.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
High School: Two-time Florida 1A state champion in the 400m dash, running a personal-best 47.89 to win the title as a senior in 2019 … State runner-up in the 200m dash as a senior, with a personal-best time of 22.04 in the 200m … Also placed at the Florida state meet in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays for Northside Christian HS ... Won district and regional titles in the 400m as both a junior and senior, and added a district championship in the 200m as a senior.
