Indoor (Senior): Placed 2nd in the mile and 3rd in the 3000m at the Summit League Championships … Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:05.15 at the Iowa State Classic, ranking 3rd in NDSU indoor history … Won the 3000m at the Dakota Dual on Dec. 4 with a meet record 8:24.91 … Also won the 3000m at the Jim Emmerich Invite and the Dakota Quad Classic … Ended his career ranked 3rd in NDSU indoor history for the 3000m, running 8:15.49 in 2020.
Outdoor (Senior): Placed 2nd in the 3000m steeplechase, 3rd in the 1500m, and 8th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 3:48.01 in the 1500m at the conference meet, ranking 5th in school history … Personal-best steeplechase time of 8:58.77 at the Drake Relays, ranking 5th in school history … Anchored the Bison distance medley relay that clocked the 4th-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Earned first team All-Summit League honors by finishing 7th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2 … Top runner for the Bison at five out of six meets on the season … Top finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 8k time of 25:10.8 … Top runner for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 15, taking 72nd overall with 32:26.6 for the 10k … Placed 2nd at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 19 and took 3rd at the season-opening Bison Open on Aug. 30 … Voted to the Summit League Academic All-League Team.
Indoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 3000m, winning in 8:20.70 at the conference meet … Also placed 4th in the mile and 8th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 3000m time of 8:15.49 at the Husky Classic to rank 3rd-fastest in NDSU history … Personal-best mile time of 4:07.73 at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic to rank 5th all-time at NDSU … Summit League Academic All-League selection.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished among NDSU’s top five at all six meets on the season … Placed 16th overall and was the No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 27 … Was NDSU’s No. 2 finisher at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational on Sept. 15 and again at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 13 … Season-best 8k time of 25:31.4 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic to finish in 6th place.
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the mile, as well as placing 3rd in the 3000m and 5th in the 5000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best mile time of 4:10.37 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9 … Season-bests of 8:20.63 in the 3000m and 14:55.37 in the 5000m at the conference meet … Won the mile at the Bison Team Cup in 4:11.36 … Ended the year ranked 6th in NDSU history in the indoor 3000m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 3rd in both the 1500m and the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Clocked a 1500m season-best of 3:51.36 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 18 … Steeplechase season-best of 9:13.96 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic on Mar. 29.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Finished among NDSU’s top six runners at all seven meets on the season … No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10 … No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 28, placing 15th overall in 25:43.8 … Season-best 8k time of 25:27.5 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14 … Finished 5th at the season-opening Bison Open on Sept. 1.
Indoor (Freshman): Anchored the Bison to a conference title in the distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships, setting a facility record … Also finished 10th in the 5,000m at the indoor conference meet … Won the mile at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 17, running a season-best 4:17.81 … Season-best 3000m time of 8:49.17 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase, 6th in the 1500m, and 8th in the 5000m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Clocked a season-best 1500m time of 3:53.99 at the Mt. SAC Relays … Ran a personal-best 9:31.07 in the steeplechase at the conference meet.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed unattached in three meets as a redshirt … Clocked a season-best 27:05.4 for the 8k at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 15.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Season-best mile time of 4:26.61 at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 2, taking 2nd place.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Posted times of 2:03.66 in the 800m, 4:08.56 in the 1500m and 10:21.34 in the 3000m steeplechase.
HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 7th at the North Dakota Class B state cross country meet twice – as a junior in 2014 and again as a senior in 2015 … Finished 5th in the 1600m and 6th in the 3200m at the Class B state meet in track as a senior in 2016 … Also anchored Bowman County HS to a runner-up finish in the 4x800m relay … Took 6th in both the 1600m and 3200m as a junior at the state meet.
