Outdoor (Senior): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, setting the NDSU outdoor facility record in 3:10.80 … Summit League runner-up in the 400m hurdles in a personal-best 52.24 … Ended his career at No. 3 on the NDSU all-time list for the 400m hurdles … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay that clocked 3:09.79 at the Stanford Invitational to rank 9th in school history … Won the 400m hurdles at three meets.
2021-22 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Placed 3rd in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a season-best 47.93 in the conference final … Member of NDSU’s Summit League runner-up 4x400m relay team … 4x400m relay clocked 3:12.43 to rank 5th-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Personal-best 600m of 1:19.69 at the season-opening Dakota Alumni Classic on Dec. 3, ranking 3rd-fastest in NDSU history … Personal-best 300m dash of 34.72 at the Bison Open to rank 8th in school history.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Clocked a personal-best 52.34 in the 400m hurdles at the conference meet to rank 6th in NDSU history … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay squad that won the collegiate section at the Drake Relays in 3:09.90.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Placed 7th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Indoor personal-best 400m time of 47.69 to win the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20, ranking him 4th-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Also clocked 47.72 in the prelims at the conference meet … Won the 400m at the Dakota Dual on Dec. 4.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 400m hurdles time of 53.01 at the South Dakota Tune-Up on May 7.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 7th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best 400m dash time of 48.66 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25 … Ranks 9th in NDSU history in the 300m dash after running 34.91 at the Bison Open on Feb. 7 … Also posted a 60m hurdles time of 8.47 seconds.

2018-19 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that placed 2nd at the Summit League Championships, ranking 7th-fastest in school history … Also ran a leg on the Bison 4x400m relay that took 3rd at the conference meet, and placed 11th in the 400m dash … Clocked 35.10 in the 300m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 1 to tie for 8th-fastest in NDSU history … Posted season-best times of 8.73 seconds in the 60m hurdles, 22.61 in the 200m dash, and 49.10 in the 400m dash.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 53.49 in the conference final … Clocked 54.52 in the 400m hurdles at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26 for his 2nd-fastest time of the season … Ran on the Bison 4x200m relay that placed 5th at the Drake Relays.
High School: North Dakota Class B state champion in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles as a senior in 2018 ... Ran personal-best times of 14.74 in the 110m hurdles and 38.51 in the 300m hurdles at the state meet ... Also took 3rd at state in the 200m dash, running 22.69 during his senior year ...
