Outdoor (Sophomore): NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier and honorable mention All-American in the 4x400m relay, placing 18th at the national meet … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay that broke the outdoor school record at three consecutive meets in May and June – 3:07.18 to win the conference title, 3:05.57 at the NCAA West Prelims, and 3:05.24 at the NCAA Championships … In addition to his Summit League title in the 4x400m relay, also placed 2nd in the 200m dash and 5th in the 400m dash at the conference meet … Personal-best 21.02 in the 200m final, ranking 5th-fastest in NDSU history … Personal-best 47.33 in the Summit League 400m final, ranking 8th-fastest in school history.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that placed 4th at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 11th in the prelims of the 400m dash at the conference meet … Personal-best 400m time of 48.53 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20 … Clocked 34.85 in the 300m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 5, ranking 9th all-time at NDSU.
Outdoor (Freshman): Qualified 8th to the 400m dash final at the Summit League Championships, but could not run the final due to injury … Also ran on NDSU’s 4x100m relay that placed 4th at the conference meet, and finished 10th in the 200m dash prelims … Personal-best 200m time of 21.66 at the South Dakota Tune-Up on May 7 … Season-best outdoor 400m of 49.28.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best 400m dash time of 50.37 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 15 … Season-best long jump mark of 21-08.25 (6.61m) in the pentathlon at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 6.

2018-19 SEASON

High School: Personal-bests of 22-00.50 in the long jump, 11.14 in the 100m dash, and 22.07 in the 200m dash for West Fargo HS ...
