Indoor (Senior): Summit League Indoor Track Athlete of the Year … First Bison man to be named Summit League Indoor Track Athlete of the Year … Won Summit League titles in the 800m, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay … Only man to win three gold medals at the 2023 Summit League Championships … Ranked 35th in the NCAA for the 800m with his NDSU school record time of 1:47.84 … Clocked a school-record 1:17.88 in the 600m to rank 30th in Division I … Ran 47.39 in the 400m dash to rank 2nd in NDSU indoor history … Earned five Summit League Peak Performer of the Week honors in the span of six weeks.
Outdoor (Senior): Summit League Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year … NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier in the 800m, placing 17th in Austin, Texas, for honorable mention All-America status … Won the Summit League outdoor 800m title in a school record, meet record, and facility record of 1:47.58 … Anchored the Bison 4x400m relay to a Summit League title and NDSU facility record in 3:10.80 … Member of the NDSU 4x800m relay team that placed 2nd at the Drake Relays and recorded the 2nd-fastest time in school history … Ended his NDSU career as a school record holder in the outdoor 800m and outdoor 4x400m relay.
2021-22 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Broke the NDSU indoor school record in the 800m, running 1:48.52 at the Iowa State Classic … Also recorded the 2nd-fastest 500m time, 2nd-fastest 600m time, and 4th-fastest 1000m time in NDSU history during the 2022 indoor season … Summit League runner-up in the 800m … Clocked 1:18.18 in the 600m at the season-opening Dakota Alumni Classic on Dec. 3, setting a meet record and facility record … Ran 1:03.10 to win the 500m at the Bison Open on Feb. 4 … Personal-best 2:27.25 to win the 1000m at the UND Open on Jan. 29 … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay that took 2nd place at the Summit League Championships in the 5th-fastest time in school history (3:12.43).
Outdoor (Junior): NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier and honorable mention All-American in the 4x400m relay, placing 18th at the national meet … Member of the Bison 4x400m relay that broke the outdoor school record at three consecutive meets in May and June – 3:07.18 to win the conference title, 3:05.57 at the NCAA West Prelims, and 3:05.24 at the NCAA Championships … Individual qualifier to the NCAA West Prelims in the 800m, advancing to the national quarterfinals in an outdoor personal-best of 1:48.86 … Placed 3rd at the Summit League Championships in the 800m … Ended the season ranked 3rd in NDSU outdoor history for the 800m … Anchored the Bison sprint medley relay that posted the 2nd-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays … NCAA Elite 90 Award winner for men’s outdoor track & field, as the owner of the highest cumulative GPA at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, clocking 3:11.04 at the conference meet to rank 2nd-fastest in school history … Runner-up in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, running an indoor personal-best of 1:50.00 in the final … Set the NDSU school record in the 600m, clocking 1:18.03 at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 23 … Indoor PR of 48.27 in the 400m (on a 200m flat track) at the Dakota Quad Classic on Feb. 6 … Ended the season ranked 2nd in NDSU indoor history for the 800m … Academic All-League honoree.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, and runner-up in the 800m at the Summit League Championships … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in both the 800m and 4x400m relay … Personal-best 800m time of 1:49.60 for 27th place at the NCAA West Prelims … Ended the season ranked 4th all-time at NDSU in the outdoor 800m … The Bison men clocked 3:09.24 in the 4x400 at Arkansas on May 7 to rank 2nd-fastest in school history … Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s sprint medley relay that took 2nd at the Drake Relays and ranks 2nd in school history … Academic All-League honoree.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 800m … Also ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best 800m time of 1:50.79 at Vanderbilt’s Music City Challenge on Feb. 15, ranking 4th-fastest in NDSU indoor history … Personal-best 600m time of 1:19.04 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25, ranking No. 2 all-time at NDSU … Won the 800m at the Bison Team Cup and at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic … Finished the season ranked 75th in the NCAA in the 800m … Voted to the Summit League Academic All-League Team.

2018-19 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 1:53.81 in the prelims … Season-best 400m time of 49.68 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 26 … Won the 600m at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 7 in his first collegiate race, running a meet record 1:21.48.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships, as well as running on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay … Season-best 400m time of 48.43 at the Husker Spring Invitational on Apr. 6 … Clocked 48.46 in the conference final … Ran a leg on the Bison 4x800m at the Drake Relays that posted the 10th-fastest time in school history.
High School: North Dakota Class B state champion in the 400m dash as a senior in 2018, as well as taking runner-up honors in the 800m at the state meet ... As a junior in 2017, he placed 2nd in the 800m and 3rd in the 400m for Kenmare-Bowbells at the state meet ... Also a 2nd-team all-state performer in football and basketball ... Valedictorian of his graduating class at Kenmare HS ... Posted high school personal-best times of 49.49 in the 400m and 1:55.03 in the 800m.
