Indoor (Senior): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that won the Summit League title … Placed 11th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships … Season-bests of 4:12.54 in the mile and 1:53.88 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge … Ended his career ranked 6th in NDSU history for the mile (4:06.82).
Outdoor (Senior): Finished 9th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 1500m time of 3:48.46 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Member of the NDSU 4x800m relay team that placed 2nd at the Drake Relays and recorded the 2nd-fastest time in school history … Ended his career ranked 3rd in NDSU history for the 1500m (3:47.37).

2021-22 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Junior): Among NDSU’s top seven finishers at all but one meet on the season … No. 5 runner for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 12, taking 158th overall in the 10k race … No. 7 finisher for NDSU at the Summit League Championships, placing 39th overall … Peaked as the No. 3 finisher for NDSU at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24.
Indoor (Junior): Anchored NDSU to a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best mile time of 4:06.82 at the Iowa State Classic, ranking 6th-fastest in school history.
Outdoor (Junior): Won his second straight 1500m title at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, running a personal-best 3:47.37 for the win … 3rd-fastest in NDSU history for the 1500m … Also clocked 3:47.87 in the 1500m at the Drake Relays.

2020-21 SEASON

Cross Country: Placed 16th overall at the Summit League Championships ... No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet.
Indoor: Finished 7th in the 800m and 11th in the mile at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:12.98 to win the UND Open on Jan. 30 ... Season-best 800m time of 1:53.25 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20 ... Won the 800m at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 23.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 1500m, running a personal-best 3:47.66 to win the conference title ... Ended the season ranked 3rd all-time at NDSU in the 1500m ... Also finished 9th in the 800m at the conference meet ... Clocked an 800m PR of 1:51.12 at the Tennessee Relays on Apr. 9 ... Anchored the Bison sprint medley relay to a runner-up finish at the Drake Relays, recording the 2nd-fastest time in school history. 

2019-20 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): No. 5 finisher for the Bison at both the Summit League Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional … Placed 20th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, running an 8k season-best of 25:59.5 … Took 148th overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking 33:59.6 for the 10k.
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the 800m, as the Bison swept the top four places in the event at the Summit League Indoor Championships with four sophomores … Personal-best 800m time of 1:52.77 at Washington’s Husky Classic on Feb. 15 … Personal-best mile time of 4:14.74 at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Feb. 1 … Voted to the Summit League Academic All-League Team.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Redshirt): Ran two races unattached as a redshirt … Season-best 8k time of 26:30.3 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 13.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s Summit League runner-up distance medley relay, which clocked 10:08.00 to rank 7th-fastest in school history … Finished 16th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best 800m time of 1:54.61 at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 7 … Won the 800m at the Bison Open on Feb. 2, running 1:55.52.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 1500m time of 3:52.97 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 19 … Ran the second leg on the Bison 4x800m relay that placed 10th at the Drake Relays and ranked 10th-fastest in NDSU history.

High School: Owned high school personal-best times of 1:22.43 in the 600m and 1:53.81 in the 800m ... 2018 Manitoba provincial champion in the 800m ... As a junior in 2017, he won both the National Legion Youth Championship and the Manitoba provincial championship in the 800m ... Named the 2017 Athletics Manitoba Youth Male Athlete of the Year.
