Outdoor (Sophomore): Season-best 800m time of 1:54.47 at the Drake Relays.

Cross Country (Junior): Ran in five meets for the Bison, finishing among NDSU’s top seven runners on three occasions … Placed 32nd at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2 … Season-best 8k time of 26:56.9 at the conference meet … No. 6 finisher for the Bison at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 28, taking 96th place overall.
Indoor (Sophomore): Indoor 800m personal-best of 1:55.97 at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 … Indoor mile personal-best of 4:19.76 at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Feb. 1 … Four 800m races under 1:57 on the season … Won the 800m at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 22 in 1:56.11.

Indoor (Freshman): Posted season-best times of 1:56.05 in the 800m and 4:22.43 in the mile at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16 … Won the 800m at the UND Indoor Tune-Up … Also clocked 2:31.87 for the 1000m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 800m time of 1:54.68 at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 6 … Season-best 1500m time of 3:53.52 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 19 … Anchored the Bison 4x800m relay that placed 10th at the Drake Relays and ranked 10th-fastest in NDSU history.
