Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that finished 2nd at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Also finished 11th in the 800m at the conference meet … Indoor 800m personal-best of 1:53.66 at SDSU’s Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 22 … Posted three 800m races under 1:54.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 800m time of 1:54.65 at the Stanford Invitational.

2020-21 SEASON
 
Indoor: Personal-best 800m time of 1:54.93 at the UND Open on Jan. 30 … Personal-best 400m dash time of 50.55 at the Dakota Quad Classic on Feb. 6 … Won the 800m at the Bison Cup Classic on Jan. 16.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

2019-20 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Season-best 800m time of 1:58.91 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 22 … Season-best 600m time of 1:24.54 at the Bison Open on Feb. 7.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Minnesota Class AA state placewinner in the 800m, running 1:56 at the state meet as a junior in 2018 … Anchored St. Michael-Albertville HS to a 5th-place state finish in the 4x800m relay his junior year … Took 4th at the state meet in the 4x800m relay as a senior in 2019 ... Also played basketball and football.
