Cross Country (Freshman): Top finisher for NDSU at four out of six meets on the season … No. 1 runner for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, taking 12th place overall for All-Summit League second team honors … Named the Summit League Newcomer of the Championship as the top-finishing freshman … 8k personal-best of 25:28.4 at the conference meet … Top finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 102nd overall in 32:33.0 for the 10k course.
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best 3000m time of 8:28.86 at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 22.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt.

High School: Four-time qualifier for the North Dakota Class A state cross country meet, placing 7th as a junior in 2019 and taking 5th as a senior in 2020 ... 5k cross country PR of 15:53 ...
