High School: Prepped at Estelline High School under coaches Ken Hansen and Moe Ruesink...Graduated in 2004...Three-year starter and four-time letterman at forward...Averaged 20.0 points and 7.4 rebounds his senior year...Two-year team captain and team MVP...First-team all-state his senior year...Also a three-year letterman in football...Academic all-state pick as a senior on the gridiron.

Personal: Majoring in business...Lists hunting, fishing and playing video games among his hobbies...Son of Kenneth and Ellen Hansen of Estelline...Family includes two older sisters, Katie and Carrie.
