2004 Season (Junior): Entered seven games on the season... Credited with an assist on the first Bison goal in a 3-3 tie versus Western Illinois... 2003 Season (Sophomore): Played in all 16 games for NDSU... Netted four goals and assisted on three for a total of 11 points... Fired 20 shots, putting 14 on goal.
2002 Season (Freshman): Started 14 of 17 games played for the Bison... Notched two assists and showed an accurate boot by putting 10 of 13 shots on goal.
High School: A 2002 graduate of Osseo High School... Helped the Orioles to a Northwest Suburban Conference championship and section runner-up finish her senior year... All-state honorable mention pick and a third-time all-conference honoree as a senior... Captained the squad her last year as the Orioles posted a school-record 16-win season and she tallied a career-high six goals... Finished her four-year career with 16 goals and 37 assists... Lettered once in cross-country skiing... Twice named all-conference in orchestra and was all-state as a senior... Member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Steve and Linda Stenson... Has a brother, Jason, and a sister, Jenny... Majoring in sociology, with a community development and a emergency management minor... One of her hobbies is playing the viola... Ties to NDSU include five of her father’s cousins, who have all attended.
