The victory in a five-inning mercy-rule game gave the Sun Devils (46-17) their fourth consecutive berth in the Women's College World Series at Oklahoma City, Okla.
Bach faced the minimum 15 batters and allowed only two base runners.
Haro had three of Arizona State's 14 hits as the Sun Devils scored three runs in the first inning off Bison starter Andi Padilla and seven in the second inning.
North Dakota State (38-20) lost 3-0 in Friday's opener of the best-of-three super regional here.
The Bison won the Division II national title in 2000 and qualified for the 2009 NCAA tournament in their first year of Division I eligibility this year.
