Posted 7-2 record including 3-2 in duals competing at 157 pounds ... Recorded three major decisions and one pin ... Western Wrestling Conference Wrestler of the Week (11-26-13) after pinning No. 11-ranked Andrew Morse of Northern Illinois at 1:16, and defeating Northern Iowa's Jarrett Jensen 7-5 ... Went undefeated in four matches to win the North Country Open (2-1-14) ... Following the season, placed eighth in the U.S. Open Senior Greco-Roman 75 kilogram (165 pounds) division.

2012-13 SEASON (Redshirt)
Redshirt in the Bison program ... Wrestled unattached at 165 pounds in six open tournaments ... Posted a 22-8 record with five pins ... Went 5-0 to win the Maroon Division of the Finn Grinaker Cobber (11-17-12) Open ... Runner-up at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Open (12-1-12), going 3-1 ... Placed second with 4-1 record at the Grand View Open (1-26-13) ... Fourth at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open (11-4-12), finishing 4-2 ... Claimed gold medal in the 74-kilogram (163 pounds) freestyle division and bronze in the Greco-Roman division at the 2013 Pan American Junior Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Posted a career record of 143-10 for Wilmot (Wis.) High School ... Placed third at the state meet as a senior with a 42-1 record ... State runner-up at 152 pounds as a junior, going 43-1 to tie the school single-season record for wins ... Fourth place at the state meet as a sophomore, finishing the year 38-3 ... Runner-up in Greco-Roman and third in freestyle at USA Wrestling Junior Nationals in Fargo.
