2014-15 SEASON (Senior): Turned in gutsy performance to earn All-American honors at 174 pounds in NCAA Wrestling Championships, pulling a first round upset of Ohio State's Mark Martin and putting together 5-3 record to place eighth in the tournament ... Had 6-5 record in two NCAA tournament appearances ... NCAA West Region champion at 174 pounds with 2-0 record ... Had 5-1 record in three trips to NCAA West Region ... Finished with 22-12 record overall including 8-5 in duals with one pin ... Opened season with first place effort at Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open (11-2-14) with 4-0 record and a pin ... Went 3-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and 1-2 in the Midlands Championships ... Compiled a 75-45 career record including 29-20 in duals with seven pins, one tech fall and seven major decisions.  

2013-14 SEASON (Junior): NCAA West Regional runner-up at 184 pounds ... Second team all-Western Wrestling Conference  ... Compiled 2-2 record at NCAA Championships (3-20/22-14) including win over No. 13-ranked Timothy Dudley of Nebraska ... Posted 23-13 record including 12-6 mark in duals competition ... Recorded three major decisions and a pair of pins ... Went 5-2 to place seventh at the Midlands Championships (12-29/30-13) ... Had 2-1 record at the NWCA National Duals, picking up wins over Chattanooga and Oregon State.

2012-13 SEASON (Sophomore): Placed third at 174 pounds at the NCAA West Regional (3-9-13) ... Went 15-14 overall and 7-8 in dual competition with one pin ... Runner-up at the Bison Open (11-10-12) with 3-1 record ... Earned WWC Wrestler of the Week honors on Feb. 3, 2013.

2011-12 SEASON (Freshman): Posted a 15-6 record overall with three pins competing at 174 pounds ... Did not compete after Dec. 18 due to injury ... Went 2-1 in dual meets ... Recorded pair of major decisions and one tech fall ... Went 4-1 at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open (11-5-11) for third place ... Bison Open (11-12-11) champion going 4-0 ... One of two Bison to win matches in the dual with No. 4 Minnesota (11-27-11), defeating Steven Avalos, 10-6 ... Went 3-3 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, including decisions over William George of Cornell and Tyler Koehn of Nebraska.

2010-11 SEASON (Redshirt): Competed in five open tournaments as an unattached wrestler ... Compiled a record of 18-4 at 165 pounds... Runner-up at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open ... Took third at the Bison Open ... Runner-up in the amateur division at the Kaufman-Brand Open with his only loss coming to Robert Kokesh of Nebraska ... Won the MSU Moorhead Dragon Open Red Division title ... Took second at the St. Cloud State Husky Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Simley High School ... Won the 160 pound Minnesota state title as a senior with a record of 44-3 ... Three-time state entrant ... Placed third at the state tournament as a junior ... Three-time section champion and all-conference selection ... Team won three straight state titles...Tallied 60 career pins ... Finished high school with a record of 121-24 ... All-state soccer player for Simley.
