Placekicker on four Missouri Valley Football Conference championship teams that won three NCAA FCS national championships...Graduated as NDSU's career record holder with 399 total points, second most in NCAA FCS history...Also the NDSU record holder in PAT kicks made (261) and attempted (267)...Tied the NCAA FCS record of 261 PATs made...Attempted a school-record 75 field goals in his career...Finished third in school history with 46 career field goals made, including game-winners at Iowa in 2016 and in overtime at Youngstown State in 2017.

2018 SEASON (SENIOR): Honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Went 9-for-15 on field goals with a long of 47 yards against Western Illinois...Set the FCS and NDSU single-season record for PAT kicks going 80-for-80 his senior year and converting his final 102 attempts...His 80 consecutive makes were also an FCS single-season record...Also handled a majority of kickoffs for the Bison...Averaged 59.7 yards on 91 kickoffs with 32 touchbacks...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.

2017 SEASON (JUNIOR): Honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Went 10-for-16 on field goals with his longest make from 47 yards against San Diego in the FCS playoffs...Four of the misses were blocked...Kicked a 36-yard game-winning field goal in overtime at Youngstown State...Also had a 19-yard field goal against the Penguins and was named MVFC Special Teams Player of the Week...Converted 75 of 78 PAT kicks including a school-record 10 of 10 in the season-opener against Mississippi Valley State...That capped a streak of 51 straight PAT kicks made...Finished the year with 21 consecutive PAT makes...Handled kickoffs in all 15 games averaging 61.0 yards with 19 touchbacks on 87 attempts...MVFC Honor Roll member.

2016 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Handled all of NDSU's field goal and PAT kicks, and all but two kickoffs...Went 15 of 23 on field goals with a long of 52 yards in the season-opening win over Charleston Southern...Converted a 28-yard field goal with 42 seconds left to send the Eastern Washington game to overtime in an eventual victory...Named Missouri Valley Football Conference Special Teams Player of the Week after booting the game-winning 37-yard field goal as time expired in a 23-21 win over the 11th-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes...Made 49 of 50 PAT kicks.

2015 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Voted to the Missouri Valley Football Conference All-Newcomer Team...NDSU's leading scorer with 93 points...Made 57 of 59 PAT kicks and went 12 of 21 on field goal tries...Played in 14 of 15 games...Traveled to the season-opener at Montana and made his debut in Week 2 against Weber State...Longest field goal was 49 yards in the home win over North Dakota, the fourth of five straight makes over a four-game stretch...MVFC Special Teams Player of the Week after going 2 of 2 on field goals and 4 of 4 on PAT kicks against UND...Booted a key 40-yard field goal as part of a 17-point fourth quarter comeback win at Youngstown State...Missed five straight field goals in the FCS playoffs including tries from 54 and 52 yards, but bounced back to connect from 29, 31 and 38 in the national championship victory...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman for coach Bryant Brenner at Regis...Part of three straight playoff teams, including a 13-1 state runner-up finish in 2012...Three-time all-city and all-conference performer...Two-time all-region...All-state honorable mention as a junior...Played quarterback and safety in addition to his kicking duties...All-conference tennis player...Won a tennis section championship and qualified for state.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2019 with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in criminal justice...Member of the pre-law club and plans to attend law school...Son of Paul and Julie Pedersen of Eau Claire, Wis...Has two older siblings, Jacob and Jenae.
