IN HIS CAREER: Redshirted with the Bison in 2015...Member of the team in 2016 but did not see any game action...Played in two games as a sophomore in 2017 against Mississippi Valley State and Robert Morris, and one game as a junior in 2018 against Southern Illinois...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll three times.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterman at tackle, center and tight end under coach Lou Sponsel...All-conference honoree...Three-time IHSA academic excellence award winner...Competed in track and field with bests of 49-8 in the shot put and 140-0 in the discus throw...Also active in the school journalism program as a cartoonist...Placed third in sectional and state competition in cartooning, and second in the section for advertising.

PERSONAL: Majoring in computer engineering...Son of Robert and Corinne Albrecht of Rolling Meadows, Ill...Has a younger sister, Emma.
