2009-10 SEASON

Cross Country (Junior): Competed in all seven races...Ran a personal-best time of 26:06 at the 8K Jim Drews Invitational...Placed 34^th at the Summit League Championships in 27:14.80...Came in 142^nd at the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional in 35:20.6.

Indoor (Junior): Specialized in the middle distances...Won the Summit League title in the 800 meters in a time of 1:53.20...Placed 13^th at the Last Chance Qualifier in the same event in 1:51.64, a time that ranks sixth all-time at NDSU...Won the 600 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic in 1:21.33, ranking sixth all-time.

Outdoor (Junior): Won the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships in 1:51.75...Ran a personal-best time of 1:51.13 at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational, ranking seventh all-time at NDSU...Ran the 1,500 meters at the Duke Invitational...Placed 11^th in 3:56.22.

2008-09 SEASON

Cross Country (Sophomore):  Competed in five races for the Bison...Best finish of the year was  19^th at the Oz Memorial Run in a time of 20:40 (9/13)...Posted a season-best time of 26:57.20 at the Jim Drews Invitational (10/18).

Indoor (Sophomore): Won the 800 meters at the Bison Classic (1/17)...Also won the 600 meters at the Dakota Duals in a time of 1:22.54 (1/30)...Posted a personal-best time of 1:52.47 in the 800 meters in a 20^th place finish at the Iowa State Classic (2/13)...Finished third in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships (2/27).

Outdoor (Sophomore): Tallied four top five finishes in the 800 meters...Ran a personal best of 3:55.90 in the 1,500 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/16)...Set a personal-best of 1:52.74 in the 800 in the preliminaries of the Summit League Championships...Finished second in the 800 meter final at the league championships (5/14).

2007-08 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in six races...Came in sixth at the NDSU Invitational, his best finish of the year...Also finished ninth at the Oz Memorial, running a personal best of 20:24.9 in the 6K...Came in 34th at the Summit League Championships and 42nd at the West Region Club Championships.

Indoor (Freshman): Posted a personal best of 1:55.15 in the 800 at the Iowa State Classic...Ran a personal best of 4:20.54 in the mile at the Minnesota Open.

Outdoor: Redshirt.

2006-07 SEASON

Cross Country: Redshirt.

Indoor: Redshirt.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished third at the Division I Independent Championships in the 800 (1:53.18)... Ran a leg on the NDSU school record 4x800 at the Drake Relays of 7:26.06... Finished second in the 1,500 at the Howard Wood Relays.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time state champion in the 800 for Bismarck (N.D.) High School... Runner-up in the mile at the state meet as a senior... Cruised to a 1:53.5 personal record in the 800 and a 4:23 in the mile... His 800 time was good for a school record... Member of the fastest North Dakota prep 3,200-meter relay team which clocked a 7:51... Helped the Demons to a state track title in 2004, 2005 and 2006... Placed fourth at state on the cross country course after a seventh-place result as a junior... The cross country team captured a state title in 2005.

PERSONAL: Son of Tony and Gina Stroh... Family includes one younger brother, David, and one older sister, Sara... Majoring in civil engineering.
