2011-12 SEASON

INDOOR (Senior): Indoor-best 800m time of 1:53.93 at the Bill Bergan Invitational on Jan. 28 ... posted a 600m time of 1:21.50 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 21 to rank No. 7 all-time at NDSU in the event ... finished 17th in the prelims of the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships.

OUTDOOR (Junior): Ran 1:55.54 in the 800m at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 24.

2010-11 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Finished fifth in the 600 meters at the Holiday Invitational with a time of 1:24.63...Ninth in the 800 meters at the Bison Open in 1:59.90.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the 800 meters at three meets...Won the event at the NDSU vs. UND Dual with a time of 1:53.73.

2009-10 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 800 meters in three meets...Posted a season-best time of 1:56.64 at the Bison Open...Also ran the 400 meters in 51.42 at the Bison Classic...Ran the 600 meters in 1:23.39 at the Jack Johnson Classic.
Outdoor: Redshirt.

2008-09 (Freshman at University of Mary): All-Conference honoree as part of the distance medley relay...Placed third in the 600 meters at the indoor conference championships...Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the outdoor conference championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field at Century High School...Nine-time North Dakota state placewinner...As a senior, finished fifth in the 400 meters at the state championships...Also a member of the third place 4x400 relay, fourth place 4x200 relay and seventh place 4x800 relay...Ranked second all-time at Century in the 400 with a time of 50.88...Member of school record setting 4x400 relay team.

PERSONAL: Son of Ron Seiler and Tammy Seiler-Oster...Has one older sister, Amelia and one younger sister, McKayla...Uncle Rick Seiler attended NDSU from 1997-99...Majoring in exercise science with minors in chemistry and biology.
