Indoor (Freshman): Placed fifth in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships in a season-best 50.65 seconds ... Also ran on NDSU's 4x400m relay team that claimed a runner-up finish at the league meet ... Posted a 600m time of 1:22.26 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8 ... Ran three 400m races under 50 seconds.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, clocking a season-best 49.25 ... Posted an 800m time of 1:54.52 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 12.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt ... Clocked 50.96 in the 400m dash at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 7.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Montana Class B state champion in the 400m and 800m as a senior in 2012, running 50.28 in the 400m and 1:55.69 in the 800m ... state runner-up in the triple jump as a senior with a mark of 42-10 ... state champion in the 400m (49.92), runner-up in the 800m, and fifth place in the 200m as a junior in 2011 ... placed second in the triple jump, third in the 400m, and fourth in the 800m at state as a sophomore in 2010 ... took sixth place in the 400m and 800m at the state championships as a freshman in 2009 ... 11-time state placewinner.
