Cross Country (Senior): Among NDSU’s top four finishers at 6 out of 7 meets on the season … Placed 28th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 31 … NDSU’s No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, taking 87th place overall in 31:52.1 for the 10k … Top finisher for the Bison at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26 in a season-best 8k time of 24:34.7 to place 35th overall.
Indoor (Senior): Placed 6th in the 3,000m at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 12th in the mile and 5,000m at the league meet … Personal-best 3,000m time of 8:26.04 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12, ranking him 9th all-time at NDSU in the event.
Outdoor (Senior): All-Summit League performer in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing 3rd at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 8th in the 5,000m at the conference meet … Season-best 3,000m steeplechase time of 9:02.83 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... Ended his career ranked 6th in NDSU history in the steeplechase.

Indoor (Junior): Placed in all three distance events at the Summit League Indoor Championships in Fargo, taking 5th in the 3,000m, 6th in the mile, and 8th in the 5,000m … Clocked a season-best mile time of 4:15.90 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14 … Posted a personal-best 3000m time of 8:29.32 at the Summit League Championships, and bounced back the next day for a PR of 15:06.20 in the 5000m … Won the mile at the Bison Classic on Jan. 17 and the 1000m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7 … Finished the season ranked 10th in NDSU history in the indoor 3000m … Academic All-League selection.

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 11th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, posting a time of 15:19.48 ... Season-best time of 15:15.15 in the 5,000m at the Bison Open on Feb. 15 ... Season-best 3,000m time of 8:45.01 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a personal-best time of 9:17.29 ... Also finished 11th in the 5,000m at the league meet ... Ended the season at No. 10 on the NDSU all-time list in the steeplechase ... Clocked a new PR of 15:09.65 in the 5,000m at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 25.
2012-13 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in all six meets for NDSU … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 25th overall with a time of 26:46.5 for the 8k … No. 3 finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing the 10k in 33:39.57 … season-best 8k time of 26:18.6 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 13, taking sixth place overall … 11th in the season-opening Bison Invitational on Aug. 31.
Indoor (Freshman): Recorded a season-best time of 9:00.31 in the 3,000m at the Bill Bergan Invitational on Jan. 26 ... Also ran 15:35.22 to win the 5,000m at the Bison Open on Feb. 9.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Muncie, Ind. ... Season-best time of 9:33.46 in the steeplechase at the league meet ... Also finished 13th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Championships with a time of 15:17.27.
2011-12 SEASON

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country from Lincoln High School...Three-time team captain...Won the Heart O' Lakes conference title in cross country...Advanced to the Minnesota state meet, where he earned all-state honors...Also competed in the state meet in track as a senior, running the 1,600 and 3,200 meters...Posted personal best times of 4:30 in the mile and 9:51 in the two mile...Three-time state participant in cross country and two-time state participant in track...Also a state qualifier in tennis...Played hockey as well.
