Cross Country (Junior): Top finisher for the Bison at the first two meets of the season, winning the Bison Open individual title with a 6k time of 18:32.0 on Aug. 31 … Also NDSU’s No. 1 runner at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational on Sept. 15 … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 15th overall in 26:17 for the 8k … Season-best 8k time of 25:34.0 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational … No. 6 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Junior): Anchored the Bison to a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Also finished 9th in the 5000m and 12th in the mile at the conference meet … Season-best mile time of 4:12.87 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9 … Won the 1000m and set an NDSU facility record in 2:28.13 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12 … Finished the season ranked 7th in school history in the 1000m.

Cross Country (Freshman): Among NDSU’s top five finishers at all but one meet … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 29, taking 16th place overall … NDSU’s top finisher at the season-opening Bison Open on Sept. 2, running 19:27.7 for 3rd place in the 6k … Season-best 8k time of 25:40.8 at Oregon’s Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 16.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team that earned a runner-up finish at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 12th in the mile at the conference meet … Season-best mile time of 4:18.07 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational on Jan. 21.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted season-best times of 1:58.79 in the 800m and 3:57.01 in the 1500m.

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 5th as a senior to help Fargo Davies HS to a team runner-up finish at the North Dakota Class A state cross country meet … 2014 EDC champion and Senior Athlete of the Year in cross country … Finished 13th as a junior and 23rd as a sophomore at the state cross country meet … Took 4th in the 1600m and 5th in the 800m at the North Dakota state track meet as a senior in 2015 … Also top-10 in the state in both events as a junior, and a member of the Davies state runner-up 4x800m relay team as a sophomore in 2013 ...
