Cross Country (Junior): Among NDSU’s top two finishers at five out of six meets on the season … Placed 9th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, earning second-team All-Summit League honors … Season-best 8k time of 25:13.7 at the conference meet … Four top-10 finishes on the year – 6th at the Bison Open (Aug. 30), 3rd at the SDSU Classic (Sept. 13), 5th at the UND Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 19), and 9th at the conference meet.
Indoor (Junior): Claimed a pair of Summit League titles, winning the mile and anchoring the Bison distance medley relay to a victory at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best mile time of 4:08.44 at Washington’s Husky Classic, ranking 6th all-time at NDSU … Won the Summit League mile title in 4:11.46.

2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Top finisher for the Bison at three meets, including the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 9 where he placed 87th overall with a 10k time of 32:40.3 … Finished 20th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 27 … Season-best 8k time of 25:14.7 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 13, serving as NDSU’s No. 1 runner.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 4th in the mile, 8th in the 5000m, and 9th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best mile time of 4:08.75 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9, ranking him 6th all-time at NDSU … Won the 3000m at the Bison Open on Feb. 2.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 4th in the 1500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Also finished 12th in the 800m at the conference meet … Season-best 1500m time of 3:49.46 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 18 … Season-best 800m time of 1:53.57 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic on Mar. 30.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Earned first-team All-Summit League honors with a 7th-place finish at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 28 … Among NDSU’s top four finishers at six of the seven meets he entered … Top finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10, running 30:17.9 for the 10k to take 59th place … Season-best 8k time of 25:01.1 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14 … Four top-10 finishes on the season, led by a 6th-place finish at the Bison Open on Sept. 1.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the mile and took 7th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:09.32 at Washington’s Husky Classic on Feb. 10, ranking 8th all-time at NDSU in the event … Season-best 800m time of 1:54.51 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite on Jan. 20.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 4th in the 1500m and 7th in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Ran a personal-best 1500m time of 3:48.43 at the Mt. SAC Relays, ranking 5th all-time at NDSU in the event … Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s distance medley that finished 7th at the Drake Relays and ranks 4th-fastest in school history.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed unattached in three meets as a redshirt … Clocked a season-best 8k time of 26:30.7 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 15.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Season-best mile time of 4:15.72 at the Bison Open on Feb. 4.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 7th in the 800m and 10th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships … Ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:53.34 in the prelims at the conference meet … Clocked a personal-best of 3:53.31 in the 1500m at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 15 – the fastest 1500m time for a Bison in 2017.
HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 4th at the Wisconsin Division 2 State Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2015 … Posted a top 5k time of 16:21 in cross country … Finished 6th in the 800m at the Wisconsin Division 2 state track meet as a senior in 2016, running 1:56.60 … Also anchored Northwestern HS to a 6th-place finish in the 4x800m relay … Owned times of 4:33 in the 1600m and 9:50 in the 3200m.
