Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in both the heptathlon and the long jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Scored a personal-best 5,032 points in the heptathlon at the conference meet, ranking 9th all-time at NDSU … Set a new indoor long jump PR at the conference meet, leaping 23-09.00 (7.24m) to rank 10th in NDSU history … Posted season-best times of 7.16 seconds in the 60m dash and 8.49 seconds in the 60m hurdles … Improved his pole vault PR to 13-01.50 (4.00m) at the Summit League Championships.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 4th in the decathlon at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, scoring a personal-best 6,510 points … Also ran on NDSU’s 4th-place 4x100m relay team and finished 9th in the prelims of the 110m hurdles at the conference meet … Clocked a 100m dash PR of 10.95 in the Summit League decathlon … Season-best 110m hurdles time of 14.92 at Long Beach State on Apr. 19.

Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the long jump and 5th in the 110m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, recording season-best performances in both events … Long jump mark of 24-01.50 (7.35m) at the conference meet ranks him 9th in NDSU outdoor history … Clocked a season-best 14.90 seconds in the finals of the 110m hurdles at the conference meet … Season-best decathlon score of 6,018 points at the California Invitational Multi-Events in April.
HIGH SCHOOL: Big Rivers Conference Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2016 … Three-time state meet qualifier in the high jump for River Falls HS, as well as advancing to the state meet in the 110m hurdles and long jump … As a junior in 2015, he was the Big Rivers Conference champion in the triple jump and the conference runner-up in the high jump, long jump and 110m hurdles … Owned high school personal-best marks of 6-6 in the high jump, 43-8 in the triple jump, and 14.74 seconds in the 110m hurdles … Captured sectional titles in the high jump as a sophomore, junior and senior … Also played football and basketball.
