Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five meets for the Bison, finishing in NDSU’s top 7 on three occasions … Placed 29th at the Summit League Championships in Brookings, S.D., on Oct. 31 … No. 6 finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, taking 145th overall in the 10k … Posted an 8k season-best time of 26:06.1 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26.
Indoor (Freshman): Clocked season-best times of 4:28.23 in the mile and 9:07.36 in the 3,000m.
Outdoor (Freshman): Recorded a time of 31:38.56 in the 10,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 1 … Also ran 15:30.86 in the 5,000m at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 29.
 
2014-15 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed unattached at the Bison Open on Aug. 29, finishing 19th overall with a 6k time of 20:02.40 … Won the Fargo Marathon men’s 10k race in May 2015.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached … Ran 9:05.50 in the 3,000m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached … Clocked a season-best 1500m time of 4:12.48 at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 28.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: All-state performer in cross country and track for Fargo Davies HS ... Two-time Eastern Dakota Conference (EDC) champion in cross country ... Placed third at the North Dakota state cross country meet as both a senior (2013) and junior (2012) ... Placed fifth in the 3200m and eighth in the 1600m at the North Dakota Class A state track meet as a senior in 2014, while also running on Davies' 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams ... Qualified for the North Dakota state track meet in the 1600m and 3200m in his sophomore, junior and senior years ... Placed fourth in the 3200m as a sophomore in 2012 ... Eighth at the Class A state cross country meet as a sophomore in 2011 and 11th as a freshman in 2010.
