Outdoor (Senior): Season-best 400m hurdles time of 57.37 at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 4 … Ended his Bison career ranked 9th all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Clocked a time of 51.99 in the 400m dash at Nebraska’s Adidas Classic on Jan. 28.
Outdoor (Junior): Posted a 400m hurdles time of 1:00.95 at the Stanford Invitational on Mar. 31.
2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the leadoff leg on NDSU’s 4x400m relay team that earned a runner-up finish at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 11th in the 400m dash at the league meet … Season-best 400m time of 49.98 at the Air Force Team Challenge on Feb. 5 … Also clocked an indoor personal-best 200m time of 22.98 at the Jack Johnson Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best time of 52.76 … Ran the leadoff leg on NDSU’s 4x400m relay team that earned a runner-up finish at the Summit League Championships … Also anchored the Bison to a 4th-place finish in the 4x100m relay at the conference meet … Posted five 400m hurdles races under 53.50 seconds.
2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Recorded a season-best time of 48.73 in the 400m dash at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14 to rank 9th all-time at NDSU … Placed 9th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships, as well as running on the 4x400m relay team that finished 4th … Also clocked 1:22.73 in the 600m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7.
Outdoor (Freshman): Won a Canadian junior national championship in the 400m hurdles on July 5, earning a spot on Team Canada for the Pan American Junior Championships … Ran a season-best 52.62 in the 400m hurdles in Ottawa in June to rank 9th in NDSU history … Placed 4th in the 400m hurdles and led off the Bison 4x400m relay team that finished 2nd at the Summit League Championships … Season-best time of 48.86 in the 400m dash at the Mt. SAC Relays … Member of the NDSU 4x400m relay that won the Beach Invitational in a season-best 3:11.71.
High School: Won silver medals in the 400m dash and 400m hurdles at the OFSAA Ontario High School Championships as a senior in 2014 after winning regional titles in both events ... In 2013, he was named the Ottawa Track & Field Club Youth Male Athlete of the Year ... Has run 21.84 in the 200m dash, 48.44 in the 400m dash, and 53.67 in the 400m intermediate hurdles.
