Indoor (Senior): Summit League champion in the heptathlon for the 3rd time in his career … Scored a personal-best 5,269 points in the heptathlon at the conference meet … Also placed 4th in the 60m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 8.31 seconds in the prelims … Won the heptathlon at the Bison Open on Feb. 1-2 with 5,111 points … Long jump personal-best of 21-08.75 (6.62m) in the heptathlon at the conference meet … Ended his career ranked 7th all-time at NDSU in the heptathlon.

USTFCCCA All-Academic Honoree.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League runner-up in the decathlon and 110m hurdles, posting personal-bests in both events … PR of 7,107 points in the decathlon at the conference meet to rank 9th in NDSU history … Clocked a personal-best 14.45 in the finals of the 110m hurdles at the conference meet … Also registered personal-bests of 11.39 in the 100m and 51.17 in the 400m at the Summit League Championships... 2016-17 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Won his second consecutive Summit League title in the heptathlon, scoring a personal-best 5,103 points to move up to 5th in school history … Also placed 2nd in the 60m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, running a personal-best time of 8.24 seconds in the final … Improved his indoor personal-bests to 13-11.25 (4.25m) in the pole vault and 44-11.75 (13.71m) in the shot put … Also posted marks of 20-10.75 (6.37m) in the long jump and 6-05.50 (1.97m) in the high jump for the season ... Indoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in the heptathlon, as well as placing 5th in the 60m hurdles and 8th in the high jump at the conference meet … Scored a season-best 4,987 points in the heptathlon to win the league title, ranking him 7th in NDSU history at season’s end … Season-best 60m hurdles time of 8.35 seconds at the Air Force Team Challenge on Feb. 5 … Season-best marks of 6-04.75 (1.95m) in the high jump and 21-03.25 (6.48m) in the long jump at the Summit League Championships.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the decathlon and 7th in the 110m hurdles at the Summit League Championships … Led off the NDSU shuttle hurdle relay team that set the school record in 57.75 at the Drake Relays on Apr. 30 … Season-best decathlon score of 6,611 points at the California Invitational Multi-Events on Apr. 13-14 … Cleared a personal-best 6-08.00 (2.03m) in the high jump in the decathlon at the conference meet … Pole vault season-best mark of 14-02.50 (4.33m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 6 … Clocked a season-best 14.83 seconds in the 110m hurdles at the UC Riverside Spring Classic.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Season-best mark of 4,435 points in the heptathlon at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 6-7 … Also had season-bests of 8.78 seconds in the 60m hurdles and 6-02.75 (1.90m) in the high jump.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in the decathlon by scoring 6,655 points at the USATF Junior Olympic Dakotas Association Open in early June … Finished 11th at the USATF Junior Championships … Top marks in the decathlon were a 100m dash time of 11.52, a high jump clearance of 6-05.50 (1.97m) and a clocking of 15.26 in the 110m hurdles.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Won a North Dakota Class A state title in the 110m hurdles for Grand Forks Red River HS as a senior in 2014 … Placed 4th in the 300m hurdles and tied for 5th in the high jump at the state meet as a senior … Finished 8th in the state in both hurdle events as a junior in 2013 ... Also participated in band, drumline, cross country and basketball.
