Indoor (Senior): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion distance medley relay, which also set a facility record and ranks 9th-fastest in school history … Led of the Bison 4x400m relay that took 2nd at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m dash time of 50.00, winning the event at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 17 … Also clocked times of 7.07 in the 60m and 22.57 in the 200m.
Outdoor (Senior): Summit League runner-up in the 400m hurdles, running a season-best 53.44 in the finals at the conference meet … Also ran on NDSU’s 3rd-place 4x400m relay and 4th-place 4x100m relay at the Summit League Championships … Ended his Bison career ranked 2nd in school history in the 400m hurdles at 52.05.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Season-best 400m dash time of 50.45 at the North Dakota Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 18 … Also clocked 36.69 in the 300m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 3.
Outdoor (Junior): All-Summit League performer in the 400m hurdles, finishing 3rd at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m hurdles time of 53.23 at the conference meet … Also anchored the Bison to a 3rd-place finish in the 4x100m relay at the conference meet … Ran 49.76 in the 400m dash at the Baldy Castillo Invitational in March.
2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s 3rd-place distance medley relay team at the Summit League Championships … Finished 9th in the 400m at the league meet … Season-best 400m time of 49.30 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13 … Also ran 1:24.06 in the 600m at the Bison Classic on Jan. 16.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the 400m hurdles, clocking a season-best 52.52 at the Summit League Championships on May 14 … Also ran on NDSU’s runner-up 4x400m relay team at the conference meet … Ran on the Bison 4x400m relay that posted a season-best time of 3:14.70 at the Drake Relays.
2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best time of 50.01 in the 400m dash at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14 … Season-best 200m dash time of 22.87 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 30.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League runner-up and NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m hurdles … Posted a season-best time of 52.05 in the 400m hurdles in the Summit League finals, ranking him No. 2 all-time at NDSU in the event … Ran a leg on the Bison 4x400m relay that finished 2nd at the conference meet … Member of the NDSU 4x400m relay that won the Beach Invitational in 3:11.71 on Apr. 18 – the top time for the Bison since 2005 … Ran the 400m leg for the sprint medley relay team that clocked 3:24.96 at the Drake Relays to rank 3rd in school history.
