Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached … Season-best times of 15.70 in the 110m hurdles, 51.99 in the 400m dash, and 58.37 in the 400m hurdles.
High School: Won back-to-back North Dakota Class B state championships in the 300m hurdles, capturing the state title with a personal-best time of 38.98 as a junior in 2016 ... Won the 300m hurdles again as a senior ... Placed 4th at the state meet in the 400m dash as both a junior and senior ... Took 5th in the 110m hurdles as a senior in 2017 ... Also competed in cross country and basketball for Lisbon HS.
