Indoor (Junior): Posted a season-best 400m dash time of 50.94 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 30 … Clocked an indoor 200m dash personal-best of 22.95 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran a personal-best 200m dash time of 22.64 seconds at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 16 … Season-best 400m time of 49.95 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 15 … Also clocked a wind-aided 200m time of 22.08 seconds at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 6.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 6th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a time of 49.45 … Also ran on NDSU’s 4th-place 4x400m and distance medley relays at the conference meet … Clocked a season-best 400m time of 49.11 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 7th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Ran a leg on the NDSU 4x100m relay team that took 4th at the conference meet … Season-best 48.91 in the 400m dash at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge on Apr. 4 … Also ran 48.99 in the 400m at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 17.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a time of 50.68 seconds ... Season-best 400m time of 50.21 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8 ... Also ran 23.10 in the 200m dash and 36.75 in the 300m dash.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted a season-best 400m time of 49.26 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 5 ... Clocked 22.50 in the 200m dash at the Ron Masanz Classic in Moorhead on May 3.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field for Pillager High School and head coach Jim Bentson ... Two-time team captain ... Minnesota Class A state champion in the 400 meters with a personal best effort of 48.69 seconds in 2013 ... Also placed fourth in the 200 (22.38) and member of seventh place 4x400 meter relay team where Pillager recorded program best fourth place showing at the 2013 Class A state track and field  ... Set school records in the 200 and 400 meters, and member of record-breaking 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams ... Eight-time conference champion, three times in 400 meters, twice in the 800 and long jump and once in 200 ...
