Cross Country (Senior): Among NDSU’s top five finishers at each of the last three meets of the season … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 11, placing 117th overall in 32:30.7 for the 10k course … No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 29, taking 18th place.
Indoor (Senior): Ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s Summit League runner-up distance medley relay team that clocked 10:12.37 to rank 9th in school history … Also placed 8th in the 800m at the Summit League Championships, running an indoor season-best 1:56.30 in the prelims.
Outdoor (Senior): Placed 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase and 6th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships … Ran the first steeplechase race of his career at the conference meet and clocked 9:18.92 to take 3rd place … Posted season-best times of 1:54.74 in the 800m, 3:55.35 in the 1500m, and 14:43.94 in the 5000m.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Ran in three meets, clocking a season-best 8k time of 26:07.2 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26 … Finished 17th at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17.
Indoor (Junior): Ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team that finished 3rd at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Finished 9th in the 800m and mile at the league meet … Clocked a personal-best 800m time of 1:54.00 at the Iowa State Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 4th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships, as well as finishing 9th in the 800m … Ran a personal-best 1500m time of 3:53.92 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 15 … Season-best 800m time of 1:54.37 at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 9.
2014-15 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in four meets for the Bison … Placed 34th overall at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 1, finishing the 8k course in 27:27.9 … Season-best 8k time of 25:59.3 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational … NDSU’s No. 6 finisher at the Bison Open on Aug. 29 and the Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran on NDSU’s fourth-place distance medley relay team at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 10th in the 800m and mile at the conference meet … Season-best 1:56.92 in the 800m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7 … Season-best mile time of 4:18.57 at the Summit League Championships.
