Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in four meets for the Bison … Season-best 8k time of 26:52.7 at the Randy Smith Invitational on Sept. 12 … Placed 29th at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 in 27:14.9 for the 8k course.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five meets, posting a season-best 8k time of 27:30.5 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 19 ... Also ran 27:34 in the 8k at the Randy Smith Invitational in Moorhead on Sept. 13.
Indoor (Freshman): Posted season-best times of 9:21.15 in the 3,000m and 4:42.45 in the mile.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted season-best times of 4:16.21 in the 1500m and 1:58.78 in the 800m.

2012-13 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed in one meet unattached, placing 50th at the SDSU Classic on Sept. 14 … posted a time of 28:34.27 for the 8k.
Indoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Southwest Conference runner-up in cross country as a senior ... all-conference and academic all-state performer ... member of school record-setting 4x400m and 4x800m relays ... recorded a cross country 5k personal best of 16:31 as a senior ... 1600m personal best of 4:29.
