Cross Country (Senior): Competed in all seven races...Posted a season-best 8k time of 26:34.9 at the Jim Drews Invitational...Placed 41st at the Summit League Championships (27:46.50)....Came in 172nd at the 10k NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 37:46.3.
Indoor (Junior): Ran the mile at two meets and the 3,000 meters at one...Posted a season-best time of 4:29.08 in the mile at the Cobber Open...Clocked in at 9:10.79 in the 3,000Â meters at the Bison Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete in any races.

Cross Country (Junior): Ran in all seven races for the Bison...Best finish of the year was seventh at the Oz Memorial Run...Posted a season-best 8k time of 25:58.70 in a 25th place finish at the Summit League Championships...Ran a time of 34:57.05 in a 140th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Duals with a time of 8:58.53...Won the mile at the Northern State Open in 4:29.91.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete in any races.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran six races...Best finish was eighth at the NDSU Invitational...Finished 34th at the USATF West Region Club Championships.
Indoor: Redshirt
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Cobber Twilight, finishing fourth in 16:38.36.

Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five events for NDSU...Ran a career-best 27:33.40 (8k) and finished 30th at the Iowa State Open...Finished 39th at the Division I independent championships in helping the Bison to a second place finish.
Indoor (Freshman): Finished third in the mile at the Cobber Duals (4:33.52) and third in the 3,000m (8:59.19) at the Cobber Open...Ran a personal best 3,000m of 8:24.59.
Outdoor: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time letterwinner for Mandan High School...Placed 16th at the state meet as a freshman, 28th as a junior and 21st as a senior...On the track, set prep bests of 2:00 in the 800, 4:29 in the mile and 9:47 in the 3,200...Named Senior Athlete of the Year for the WDA Conference...Member of the National Honors Society.
