2009-10 SEASON

Indoor (Senior): Competed in the pole vault and the 60 meter hurdles in four meets...Posted a season-best time of 8.31 in the preliminaries of the 60 meter hurdles at the Husker Invitational...Cleared 16-0 ¾ at both the Bison Classic and Bill Bergan Invitational in the pole vault.

Outdoor: Redshirt

2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Competed in the pole vault, hurdles and sprints...Cleared a personal best height of 16-0 ¾ in the pole vault at the Iowa State Classic...Mark is ranked ninth all-time at NDSU...Posted a personal best time of 8.34 in a first place effort in the 60 meter hurdles at the Bison Open...Finished third in the pole vault and fifth in the 60 hurdles at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Junior): Pole vaulter and hurdler for the Bison...Posted a personal best mark of 16-2 ¾ in the pole vault at the season opening Baldy Castillo Invitational...Mark is ranked seventh all-time at NDSU...Ran a season best time of 15.02 in the 100 hurdles to finish seventh at the Summit League Championships...Tied for third in the pole vault at the league championships.

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore):  Ran a personal best of 8.46 in the 60 hurdles to take fourth at the Bison Classic...Finished fifth in the 60 hurdles at the Summit League Championships...Personal best of 15-11 in the pole vault at the adidas Classic is tied for ninth on the all-time performance charts...Finished fourth in the pole vault at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Sophomore):  Captured first place in the pole vault at the Bison Open with a mark of 16-0, which is tied for seventh on the all-time performance list...Finished third in the pole vault and seventh in the 110 hurdles at the Summit League Championships.

2006-07 SEASON

Dickinson State (Freshman): Finished seventh at the 2007 NAIA Division II national meet in the 4x100m relay and finished 18th in the 100m hurdles competing for Dickinson State.

High School: A six year letter winner for Scott Grochow at Rugby (N.D.) High School... 2006 North Dakota track athlete of the year... State champion in the 110m and 300m hurdles as both a junior and senior... School record holder in both hurdle races... Also a four year letter winner in football and basketball... First team all-state as a running back as a senior... 2006 Rugby High School homecoming king.

Personal: Son of Bruce and Lori Gronvold... Family includes three brothers and three sisters... Both parents attended NDSU... Majoring in mechanical engineering.
