FARGO, N.D. - North Dakota State softball is debuting the 2024 Fall Hitting Academy, adding it to the traditional camp lineup from Bison softball.
The academy will provide an introductory level of instruction to the NDSU hitting mechanics, philosophy, and daily training regimens. The four-week camp will meet every Monday and provide each participant with an understanding of drills and the areas that need to be improved to enhance performance.
A great opportunity for a tune up following their summer season and before their spring season, the academy is open to all girls grades 7-12, who are looking to advance their hitting mechanics and knowledge. The Fall Hitting Academy will utilize Blast Motion® for pre- and post-metric evaluations for hitters to understand their swing.
