2017 SEASON (SENIOR): Played in 14 of 15 games including 11 starts...NDSU's third-leading receiver with 19 catches for 294 yards and three touchdowns...Tied a career-high with three receptions against Robert Morris going for 53 yards...Career-high 96 receiving yards on two catches against South Dakota...Made five catches with two TDs in four NCAA playoff games...Key blocker for the top-ranked rushing offense (272.2) and scoring offense (38.7) in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.

2016 SEASON (JUNIOR): Voted to the All-Missouri Valley Football Conference second team...Played in all 14 games and has appeared in all 45 career contests...Made seven starts...Tied for the team lead with five touchdown receptions...Caught 20 passes for 262 yards...Had at least one reception in 12 of 14 contests including the last eight straight...Career-high three catches and 45 receiving yards against Eastern Washington...Also made three catches against South Dakota and James Madison.

2015 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 15 games...Made seven catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns...Caught a 2-yard touchdown pass in the homecoming win over Northern Iowa...Hauled in a key 17-yard reception on third-and-9 to extend the game-winning drive at Youngstown State...Scored on a career-long 30-yard passing play in the home win over Missouri State...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2014 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in all 16 games...Made seven receptions for 56 yards and one touchdown...Caught an 11-yard TD pass to cap the first drive of his first home game against Incarnate Word...Season-high 21 yards receiving at Weber State...Had two catches in the Indiana State victory.

2013 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time all-state, all-region and all-conference performer for Wyndmere-Lidgerwood High School and head coach Scott Strenge...Five-year letterwinner, four-year starter for the Warbirds...Played on the 2010 state championship team and four region champions...Played tight end, wide receiver, running back, defensive end, linebacker and punter...Five-year starter on basketball court who set school records for points (1,832) and rebounds (903)...Four-time all-district and all-conference basketball player...Track and field standout that has placed in the state meet in the 110 and 300 hurdles, high jump and triple jump...Set a school record in the triple jump...Played catcher and pitcher on American Legion baseball team.
 
PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in December 2017 with a bachelor's degree in university studies...Inducted into the Lidgerwood High School Hall of Fame in January 2018...Son of Gerry and Janice Illies...Has two brothers, Brad and Kelly...Kelly plays football at Valley City State...Uncle, Ron Becker, played basketball at North Dakota (1972-76)...Five uncles attended North Dakota State.
