Indoor (Senior): Summit League indoor champion in the 400m dash, running a school and league record 53.58 … Also a member of NDSU’s conference champion 4x400m relay team and the league runner-up in the 200m dash … Finished the indoor season ranked 44th in the NCAA in the 400m dash … Set the NDSU school record in the 300m dash at the Bison Open, clocking 38.68 … Ranked 4th all-time at NDSU in the indoor 200m with her time of 24.28 at the conference meet … Led off the Bison 4x400m relay that ran 3:41.68 at the Iowa State Classic to rank 5th-fastest in school history … .Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
Outdoor (Senior): NCAA Championships qualifier in the 4x400m relay, returning to the NCAA meet for the first time since her freshman season in 2014 ... Placed 17th at the NCAA Championships for honorable mention All-American status … Led off the Bison 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Prelims, finishing in 3:33.38 – the 2nd-fastest time in school history and 8th place in the meet to earn a spot in Oregon … Summit League champion in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … League runner-up to teammate Alexis Woods in the 400m dash … Clocked a career-best 53.22 in the 400m dash at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 15, ranking 3rd-fastest in NDSU history … Advanced to the national quarterfinals in the 400m dash at the NCAA West Prelims and finished 15th in 53.63 … Ended her career ranked 5th all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles … CoSIDA Academic All-District and Summit League Academic All-League honoree ... 2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Placed 2nd in the 400m dash and 3rd in the 200m dash at the Summit League Championships, as well as running a leg on NDSU’s league champion 4x400m relay team … Clocked an indoor personal-best 400m time of 54.84 at the conference meet … Season-best 200m time of 24.60 in the final at the Summit League meet … Led off NDSU’s 4x400m relay team that clocked 3:39.51 to win the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13 and rank No. 2 in school history … Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team that ranked 19th in the NCAA for the season, running 11:15.89 at the Armory Track Invitational … Distance medley time ranked 2nd in NDSU history … Finished the season ranked 5th all-time at NDSU in the indoor 400m.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League runner-up in the 400m dash, as well as running on NDSU’s league champion 4x400m relay team … Also ran on the 4th-place 4x100m relay and placed 6th in the 200m dash at the Summit League Championships … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds Qualifier in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … Finished 13th in the 4x400m relay and 26th in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Prelims … Ran a personal-best 400m hurdles time of 59.13 at the Mt. SAC Relays and matched her 400m PR of 53.97 at the same meet … Season-best 24.23 in the 200m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 23 … Finished the season ranked No. 5 all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles, and No. 6 in the 200m and 400m.

2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay and league runner-up in the 400m dash … Clocked an indoor personal-best of 55.25 in the 400m at the Summit League Championships to rank 7th in NDSU history … Ran the 400m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that set a school record by 25 seconds, clocking 11:10.49 at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational on Feb. 21 … NDSU’s distance medley ranked 18th in the NCAA for the season … Ran the second leg on the NDSU 4x400m relay that ran 3:41.80 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 14 to rank 4th in school history … Also a member of relay squads that set Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility records in the 4x400m and distance medley  … Ran all five of her open 400m races in 56.79 or faster on the season … Summit League Academic All-League selection.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 400m dash and 4x400m relay … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … NCAA quarterfinalist in the 400m hurdles, finishing 15th in the West … Clocked a 400m season-best time of 53.97 in the conference final for the win … Set a Schlanser Track record with her 400m hurdles season-best of 59.14 on May 1 … Led off the Bison 4x400m that ran a season-best time of 3:38.05 at NCAA Prelims for 15th place – the 4th-fastest team in school history … Finished the year ranked 5th in NDSU history in the 400m hurdles and 6th in the outdoor 400m and 200m … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree … Summit League Academic All-League selection.
 
2013-14 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Member of the NDSU 4x400m relay team that placed 11th at the NCAA Indoor Championships to earn second-team All-American honors ... Led off the 4x400m relay with Ashley Tingelstad, Ashley Heinze and Paige Stratioti that ran a school record 3:34.57 at Notre Dame on Feb. 22 ... Relay team ranked ninth in the country heading into the NCAA Championships ... Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, as well as placing fourth in the 60m dash and 200m dash at the league meet ... Season-best 200m time of 24.47 at the Iowa State Classic, which ranked fifth in NDSU history at the end of the season ... Season-best of 7.80 seconds in the 60m dash.
Outdoor (Freshman): Second team All-American in the 4x400m relay, running the second leg on NDSU's team that placed 14th at the NCAA Championships ... NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier in the 4x400m relay ... Ran the second leg on the 4x400m relay that clocked a school record 3:32.85 at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds ... Member of four school record-setting relay teams in her true freshman season -- the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and 1600m sprint medley relay ... Ran 200m leg on the Drake Relays champion sprint medley relay, running a time of 3:47.73 that ranked fifth in the nation ... member of 4x100m relay team that ran 44.81 at Stanford on Apr. 5 and ranked top 30 in the country for the season ... Also finished the season ranked fifth in NDSU history in the 200m dash (24.09) and 400m hurdles (1:00.51).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field for Minot High School and head coach Michelle Hoff ... One of the best sprinters in North Dakota high school history, running 11.97 in the 100m, 24.32 in the 200m, and 53.31 in the 400m in 2010 as a freshman ... Ranked No. 2 in North Dakota history in the 200m and 400m ... Nine-time North Dakota Class A state track and field champion and two-time state runner-up ... Three-time state champion in the 100 meter dash ... Two-time state champion the 200 meters, 400 meters and 300 meter hurdles ... Won four events in back-to-back state track and field meets as a sophomore and junior ... Led the Majettes to state track and field runner-up finish in 2011 and third place in 2012 ... Thirteen-time state track and field placewinner overall during prep career ... Played volleyball and basketball for Minot High School ... On the volleyball court, earned all-state tournament honors in 2011, and all-Western Dakota Association and all-West Region honors in 2012.
