2018 SEASON (SENIOR): All-Summit League Second Team honoree ... Made 18 appearances in relief for NDSU ... Led the team and tied for second in The Summit League with six saves ... Posted a 4-4 record with a team-low 3.18 ERA with 49 strikeouts and only 11 walks in 45 1/3 innings ... Allowed just 16 earned runs on 42 hits and held opposing batters to a .244 average ... Fanned a season-high six batters in North Dakota State's 10-0 victory over Omaha April 29 ...  Tied for second in NDSU program history with 15 career saves ... 2017 SEASON (REDSHIRT JUNIOR): Made a team-high 21 appearances in relief for NDSU ... Led the Bison and ranked third in The Summit League with eight saves ... Posted a 4-1 record with a 2.70 ERA, 23 strikeouts and only eight walks in 26 and 2/3 innings ... Gave up just eight earned runs on 21 hits ... Named to The Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence. 

2016 SEASON (JUNIOR): Redshirted due to injury. 

2015 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Made seven appearances on the mound for the Bison ... Posted a 9.00 ERA with seven strikeouts and eight walks in 13 innings pitched ... Surrendered 13 earned runs on 18 hits ... Went 1-0 overall ... Earned his lone win of the season after pitching 2.2 innings in NDSU's 8-7 win over Mayville State April 29 ... Named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar and The Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence. 

2014 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Made 11 appearances and had a pair of starts on the mound for NDSU ... Posted 16 strikeouts with 11 walks and an ERA of 6.58 in 26 innings of work ... Allowed 19 earned runs on 34 hits ... Struck out a season-high six batters at Fort Wayne May 4 ... Also tallied a save at Omaha April 26.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year starter and four-time letterwinner for Hermantown High School and head coach Mike Zagelmeyer ... Named to all-state, all-state academic and all-conference teams in 2013 ... Section 7AA Player of the Year as a senior ... Voted Duluth News Tribune Player of the Year in baseball in 2013 ... Helped lead Hawks to 20-5 record and a Lake Superior Conference championship ... Won Section 7AA title and made appearance at state tournament ... Pitched and played infield for the Hermantown Hawks ... Appeared on the mound in 10 games as a senior ... Went 8-0 with a save and a 1.03 ERA ... Struck out 58 and walked nine in 47 2/3 innings ... Batted .429 as a senior in 23 games ... Hit two home runs, five double and 20 RBIs with 23 runs scored ... Participated in the Minnesota Lions All-Star Game ... Also competed in football and basketball ... Captain in both sports ... Named Hermantown Senior Athlete of the Year in 2013.

PERSONAL: Son of Jerry and Catherine Folman ... Has an older sister, Ellen ... Math education major and history minor ... Was signed by the Chicago White Sox organization in the summer of 2018.
