Summit League Academic Honor Roll (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022)

2022 SEASON (SENIOR): Appeared in 18 games out of the bullpen…Registered a 0.36 ERA, which marked the lowest ERA in a single-season in NDSU history…Assembled a streak of seven straight appearances without allowing a hit from April 2 at Western Illinois to May 14 against Northern Colorado (7.5 innings)…Put together a streak of 20.0 innings from March 8 at Minnesota to May 28 against Omaha without allowing a run…Contributed a career-high eight saves…His eight saves led the Summit League and ranked tied for third on the NDSU single-season list…One of only five players in program history to record eight or more saves in a single season…Member of the Bison pitching staff that led the Summit League in saves with 17…Posted a 3-0 overall record on the mound…Limited opposing batters to a .159 batting average…Tossed 22 strikeouts over 25.0 innings…Fired a season-high four strikeouts over 2.1 innings against Omaha (April 16)….Finished his career positioned tied for sixth place in NDSU history with 12 saves…Completed his career slotted second in NDSU history with 74 appearances…One of only four players in program history to appear in 70 or more games…Named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Midseason Watch List.

2021 SEASON (JUNIOR): Granted extra year of eligibility from NCAA due to Covid-19...Appeared in 22 games out of the bullpen...Went 5-0 with two saves and a 4.37 ERA...Recorded 23 strikeouts and seven walks, while allowing 22 hits in 22.2 innings of work...Twice pitched a season-high 2.0 innings against South Dakota State (April 24 & May 15)...Struck out a season-high four at Western Kentucky (Feb. 21)...Named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

2020 SEASON (JUNIOR): Appeared in six games out of the bullpen before season was cut short due to coronavirus pandemic...Had a 3.48 ERA in 10.1 innings of work...Struck out 10, while allowing nine hits and three walks...Struck out a season-high four against Northern Colorado (March 7).

2019 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Made 15 relief appearances for the Bison … Posted a 4.74 ERA in 24.2 innings pitched … Tallied 23 strikeouts and nine walks to go along with 15 Runs (13 earned), on 26 hits … Threw two perfect innings with three strikeouts at Purdue Fort Wayne on April 6 … Allowed one earned run over his final 12 innings pitched from April 15  to May 17 … Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

2018 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 13 games in relief for the Bison … Posted a 1-0 record with a 4.02 ERA in 15 and 2/3 innings pitched … Tallied 17 strikeouts and nine walks to go along with seven earned runs on 13 hits … Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner and starter at Alexandria Area High School ... Batted .515 with one homer and four triples as a senior ... Three-time all-conference honoree (sophomore, junior and senior), and was named all-state as a senior ... Helped his team to a 21-5 record and the first state tournament appearance in 42 years as a senior ... Also played football and basketball.
